Ibis Styles Excel London
Optional Maintenance FM Ltd carried out the installation of 80 No Samsung High Wall Mounted Air Handling Units to the IBIS Styles Excel - London Hotel to the 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floors.
The 6 No external DVMS Heat Recovery Condensing Units provide simultaneous cooling and heating to the rooms via a number of MCU Boxes. Each room has a wall mounted simplified remote controller. The installation was handed over in 2014.
Optional Maintenance FM Ltd carried out the installation of 3 No Fujitsu VRF Heat Recovery Air Conditioning Systems to the Offices at CCPI Ltd in Sheffield. These systems were controlled via a Fujitsu Centralised controller.
As well as these systems Optional Maintenance FM Ltd also carried out the installation of 4 No IMI Close Control wall mounted systems to their Laboratory to allow the calibration works to be carried out. The external condensing unit were installed within Anti-Vandal Cages.
Optional Maintenance FM Ltd have just completed the installation of 10 Fujitsu High wall mounted split type heat pump air conditioning systems to the Offices MFH Engineering in Sheffield. The installation works also included the mains electrical wiring and all condensate lift pumps were concealed in plastic trunking.
The condensing units have been installed on bracketry to the rear of the building.
Optional Maintenance FM Ltd carried out the installation of Nuaire Heat Recovery Ventilation and Samsung VRF Air Conditioning Systems to the Multi-Function Building and Sports Hall Extension at Barnsley College.
The Systems are controlled via Touch Screen Centralised Controllers and Data Management Servers, which allow the Barnsley College Building Management System to directly control and monitor these systems.
The contract value being £200k and the installation handed over in 2014
